All new installations are serviced as part of the commissioning process. We recommend that all system's are serviced once a year. 11 months after any service we will contact you to offer a service engineer visit to service your boiler and check your heating system. We issue an annual maintenance certificate.
Systems not previously installed by us will require inspection prior to a complete service. This may indicate the need for additional work.
We can provide a maintenance contract which provides cover in case of breakdowns. Please contact us if you require a quotation.
Non Contract Support
Subject to availability we will endeavour to assist in any call outs. We have an emergency callout 24 hour number, this will require immediate payment of a calout fee which will be agreed at the time if we are available.
